Triumph is a stable, reputable, and expanding firm offering its clients and customers comprehensive real estate marketing, sales, leasing, and consulting services. We exclusively represent nearly 2000 residential units in Manhattan alone and are the preferred broker for nearly 4000 more units. Our client roster includes some of the largest landlords in the New York Metro region, as well as new developers and individual property owners
Triumph was formed in 1999 by a group of young, visionary real estate brokers who sought to create a more personable and “hands on” alternative to the giant conglomerates of the industry that seem to merge and dismantle themselves with increasing regularity. The firm is a streamlined operation with a unique ability to adapt and respond to this fast-paced market more efficiently and with more agility than other larger firms can or will. We retain the personal involvement, oversight, and expertise of the principals of the firm.
We constantly assess the dynamics of the market and the direction of the industry, continually exploring, testing, and implementing new technologies to create a strong internal infrastructure to serve both customer and agent. With a particularly strong team of managers from diverse industry backgrounds supporting our agents, we have enjoyed robust growth and have earned both recognition and respect in this competitive industry.
