Owner Wants Out. The building is newly constructed and will be sold "as-is". There are some finishing touches that need to be done by the new owner. Some electrical and plumbing needs to be finished. The kitchen appliances need to be installed and a handicap ramp needs to be installed. The current owner already has people line-up to rent the units as soon as the finishing touches are made.
