Born into a family of real estate developers and engineers, Fouad developed a passion for real estate and keen insight into the industry at an early age. After nearly a decade of success in finance, Fouad returned to the real estate industry and became one of the preeminent Investment Sales and New Development advisors in New York City by leveraging his illustrious career in international finance and investment. Fouad generated personal monthly sales in the seven-figure range and led a group of traders at various international finance firms, while personally managing and trading portfolios for private clients, and small to medium size companies throughout Europe.
Fouad’s passion for residential and mixed-use developments is reflected in his most recent real estate projects. Drawing on his financial experience and his father’s engineering background, Fouad and his father collaborated on a residential development abroad, which is currently in its final stages of construction.
This experience has given Fouad an outstanding ability to work with real estate developers and investors alike to review the risks and rewards of pursuing different real estate avenues. Fouad also works with developers to assess site options, lot assemblages, zoning restrictions, rezoning opportunities, and air rights transfer. His combined knowledge of finance, investment, and real estate has given him the unique ability to construct realty portfolios for an elite clientele. His experience has allowed him to develop an intuitive sense for finding “the right property” for his buyers and that sense is fully supplemented by his detailed research and analytical skills. Fouad works diligently with sellers to strategically position their property to sell quickly. He offers value-added, high-quality, personal service and an attention to specifics that assures you meet your goal. He has a vast business network, both domestic and international, which he can readily access and put to work for his clients.
Before moving to New York, Fouad lived in various cities across Europe and the Middle East. He is a founding member of New York Real Estate Advisors, Ltd., a real estate brokerage and advisory firm, which focuses on national and international investments in the United States and Europe. He attended Webster University in Geneva, Switzerland, where he studied Finance and Marketing. He is fluent in English, German, French, and Arabic. Fouad and his wife currently reside in Carroll Gardens , Brooklyn. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and in his free time enjoys snowboarding, scuba and sky diving.
