Adam Disick has earned his reputation as a high-energy, innovative New York City residential real estate expert by accumulating a breadth of experience that lets him speak with inside knowledge and authority. As Senior Property Manager for a New York based property-holding firm, he was responsible for the management of 30 residential and mixed-use properties as well as a high volume rental office providing leasing services for 40 active buildings. He served as Vice President – Principal for another realty corporation, managing and later selling a portfolio of residential buildings in Manhattan, before making the move to leasing and sales. He became a notable broker in New York real estate and quickly rose to the top of the craft. He joined forces with Sha Dinour and together they created Triumph Property Group, Ltd. Mr. Disick has generated tens of millions of dollars in property sales as a broker. In addition to his shrewd ability to maneuver and position his clients successfully in all phases of market cycles, Mr. Disick brings a unique level of insight to the Triumph organization. As property manager, he gained an in-depth knowledge of luxury hi-rise, elevator, doorman, walk-up, and union building intricacies. He is experienced in high volume leasing, having handled thousands of transactions and has a demonstrated track record of increasing building rent rolls and profits at managed properties. He is experienced in the preparation of financing packages for refinancing and new acquisitions. He has developed large-scale budgets and executed capital plans, and possesses a thorough knowledge of construction, building, housing and rent regulations His construction background includes management of gut renovations, building additions, capital improvements, phase one environmental surveys, asbestos abatements, and all emergency and routine repairs. In the legal arena, he is familiar with property-related litigation and has accomplished dozens of highly beneficial low-rent tenant buyouts. Adam earned a BA degree from the State University at Stony Brook and has completed course work at the N.Y.U. Real Estate Institute. The Rent Stabilization Association and Department of Health have certified him for Lead Paint Abatement and Risk Assessment.
