Onsite Agents – For a major condominium project in Forest Hills, Queens
Project set open 6/1/07 the presentation center will be located on Austin Street.
We are paying a base salary + Commissions. Must have at least two years experience and a valid real estate license. Must be knowledgeable in the sale of new developments and have good knowledge of Forest Hills, Queens.
Exclusive Leasing Agent –Queens. We are searching for a talented go-getter that will help handle an exclusive account of over 1,000 rental units in the central Queens area. Must have experience in residential leasing, must be presentable and have car and laptop computer to be able to handle and show multiple locations.
Receptionist – We are looking for two receptionists for the Presentation Center for our new Condominium Project. Must be organized, presentable with good computer skills, the ability to work as a team member and multitask.
Jericho, Long Island – Major community development we have 29 homes to sell we are looking for individuals with real estate experience specific to the North Shore of Long Island.
Mineola, Long Island – We have completed the renovations of our state of the art office and are in the process of taking applications to become a licensed real estate agent in our Long Island office.
Manhattan New York – As one of the fastest growing real estate firms we are looking for real estate agents to aggressively sell and lease residential properties in Manhattan.
We are currently offering Leasing and Sales agents positions in our following locations through out Manhattan. Park Ave South Office (28th St), Upper East Side Office (86th St), Harlem Office (115th St).
Marketing Director – Seeking in-house Media Planner with 2+ years planning experience in various media including Print, Newspaper and On-line. We are looking for a creative media thinker that will be a resource for alternative/traditional communications. Coordinate between all creative efforts and the various publications. Ideal candidate will have excellent planning & negotiating skills, experience in developing recommendations, maintain vendor relationships. Successful candidate will be comfortable presenting ideas to internal account team and feel comfortable with client contact. Creativity and thinking out of the box is a must. Ability to work as a team member, organized and presentable. Great growth opportunity as there are many projects to handle.
